Offline H5P creation and editing is possible through Lumi desktop App. But why wordpress? WordPress is a publishing platform. Even if you deploy an offline site, after development, it can be staged or published instantly. The h5p content is already indexed, and can be posted just using a shortcode. One can use LMS tools like LearnPress or Gamipress for giving score or levels of completion. And a site can be migrated as a whole.

So, the contents of this page focus on ICT use which involves the use of communication technologies; this way of creation is recommended.

However, one should feel free to use Lumi app which saves people from the hassels of running small webserver consuming CPU and RAM, (which is now simplified with bitnami wordpress installers) and help common non-tech users use regular desktop app for h5p. Lumi also enables PC users run h5p contents standalne.

EVEN PC USERS CAN INSTALL WORDPRESS AND USE H5P PLUGIN TO CREATE CONTENT.

Here there are 3 videos, these are NOT mine. These videos are shared because they are sufficient for learning fundamentals of H5P content creation. Also, there was no need to re-create which is already there, saves sufficient time for me as well.
